Welcome to the official web site of the Glenmont Estates Property
Owners Association. Glenmont Estates is a quiet, deed-restricted community of nearly 200 acreage home sites located near Magnolia in southwest Montgomery County, Texas. Residents enjoy a country lifestyle amidst pine and hardwoods forests sheltering an abundance of wildlife. Since most properties are five acres in size, many families keep horses, cows, or other domesticated animals for their own pleasure. The Glenmont Estates Property Owners Association (GEPOA) is a non-profit civic organization responsible for enhancing community life and property values in Glenmont Estates. The Association is operated by a board of directors and various committees, all composed of volunteers. |

The GEPOA has two regular meetings each year—the annual meeting in
April and the semi-annual meeting in October—with special meetings
to be called if necessary. Meeting announcements are mailed to all
property owners well in advance. |
