Letter from your board President
November 23rd, 2010


Great News for All!

The board is pleased to announce that effective November 18th, Glenmont Estates POA partnered with Crest Management Company to manage our community.  The Board, of course, will be in close contact with management at Crest at all times.  Crest Management will be handling all GEPOA business affairs, including all billing/collections. legal matters, deed restriction compliance and any questions you may have.

By partnering with Crest in the management of our community, less of the board's time will be required for supervising, as their skilled staff will provide expert and detailed attention to all of your needs.  Our objectives are to achieve the goals of our association in the most economical and efficient manner, protect the investment of each property owner, and help provide a pleasant atmosphere in which our residents can live and play.

You will soon receive the announcement from Crest along with a new address and contact phone number.

I feel confident Crest will do a great job for GEPOA.

2011 Assessments

Invoices will be going out Dec. 11th.  Assessment fees will be $145 which will be due Jan. 1st, 2011.  If you are having a problem, please contact one of the board members.  Late Fees and Interest start accruing Feb. 1st. You may go online and pay (Link to pay Online)  Then click on 'pay online'  Be sure and use account # from your statement or invoice.

Best way for communication is thru email.  Please send us an email so that we may have your address.

Deed Restriction Committee
The deed restriction committee is currently reviewing deed restrictions.  We have 5 property owners on this committee.  Comments may be emailed to info@glenmontestates.com and will be passed on to them for review.

Upcoming Meeting

Next general meeting will be in April 2011

Had a real good turn out October 21st. 2010 - Not as many residents as we would like to have seen, but all there was real positive.  Some volunteers for committees were named and some new business was discussed.  Will have details upcoming.
